STEP 3-FIND ABIOTIC FACTORS
ABIOTIC FACTORS
There are many abiotic factors in every ecosystem. Examples are mountains, rocks, soil, sunlight, water, rain, etc.
For example:
In the ocean or marine you might find mud, water, and salt (including many more).
In rivers you might have gravel or large rocks, water, and pebbles.
In the desert you might have sand, air, and sunlight.
In forests you might have soil, rocks and rain.
You must research and include as many of the abiotic factors that interact in your ecosystem with the biotic factors as you can.
HINT: Abiotic factors do not exchange gases, consume energy or reproduce. They are NOT dead (a dead animal is not ABIOTIC).
