How would you mostly describe your self-talk? Positive, negative, neutral? Feel free to share and explain. :)

I think my self talk is positive because when I always get ready to compete an event, I usally say something like "you can do it. Just like warmup". That's usally something I always say and I usally get a pretty good score. So I think my self talk is pretty positive.

I believe my self talk is mainly positive. For example, when I was playing basketball yesterday I was thinking in my mind that "I can win" and "I can do this." This helped my a lot and I came in 2nd place against all grown ups (it was a family game.) Therefore, most of the time my self talk is positive.

I think my self talk moast of the time is positive. Like for example I love to play volleyball but I caint get the ball over so every time I try I say I can do it and somtimes I get it over and others I don't

I think my self talk is mostly positive. For example I am in mid star and when I am up to serve I say to my self you can do it you can make it over the net.

Sometimes positive but it could get negative but once I block that out its all good things
