How would you mostly describe your self-talk? Positive, negative, neutral? Feel free to share and explain. :)
I think my self talk is positive because when I always get ready to compete an event, I usally say something like "you can do it. Just like warmup". That's usally something I always say and I usally get a pretty good score. So I think my self talk is pretty positive.
I'm so proud of you Lexie! I'm also glad to hear you speak positively to yourself! It's a lifelong skill to have!
I believe my self talk is mainly positive. For example, when I was playing basketball yesterday I was thinking in my mind that "I can win" and "I can do this." This helped my a lot and I came in 2nd place against all grown ups (it was a family game.) Therefore, most of the time my self talk is positive.
I think my self talk moast of the time is positive. Like for example I love to play volleyball but I caint get the ball over so every time I try I say I can do it and somtimes I get it over and others I don't
I think my self talk is mostly positive. For example I am in mid star and when I am up to serve I say to my self you can do it you can make it over the net.
I think my self talk is sometimes positive and sometimes negative.
Thanks for sharing Tyson. Does negative self-talk help you or hurt you? Tell me more!
It kinda does but it happens all the time so I'm used to it.
Sometimes positive but it could get negative but once I block that out its all good things
